Cara Eastwood, a photographer based in Fort Collins, Colorado, specializes in weddings, portraiture and editorial assignment work. She approaches each event and sitting with the belief that no two are the same, and strives to reveal the personality of each person who appears before her lens.

Cara's photojournalistic style captures the excitement, the nervousness, the joy and the jubilation of each wedding she shoots. Her ability to be an inconspicuous observer allows Cara to photograph the quiet, telling moments that reflect the true feeling of the event.

After graduating with a journalism degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Cara worked for newspapers throughout the West and in Tennessee.

Her work has appeared in USA Today, the Washington Post, American Photo magazine and regional newspapers in Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas and Washington. She currently works as a staff photographer at the Wyoming Tribune-Eagle in Cheyenne, Wyo.
